Main Residence:
1440²’ Timber Frame construction on a cement foundation with green metal roofing. Sided and decked with local cedar milled on site.
3 Bedroom house with 1- 4 piece bath (sink, toilet, shower and bath) and 1 – 2 piece ensuite (toilet and sink), a Laundry (W/D, linen storage) and an open plan kitchen, dining room, living room, office and entertainment area.

Cabins:
Each cabin is timber frame construction with cement foundations and green metal roofing. Each is sided and decked with local cedar milled on site. All cabins are self-sufficient and fully furnished, including linens. All kitchens are fully equipped with an electric fridge, a propane stove/oven and all pots/pans/dishes and glassware. Cabins are heated with a wood stove and have barbeques and cedar picnic tables outside.
All have 24/7 electricity, hot water (propane hot water tanks) and the bathrooms each have toilet, sink and shower.
Each cabin has large windowed areas offering views of the waterfront and each has a covered front entry and a larger cedar deck.
Cedar 1:
842²’ 4 - bedroom (two beds each)/8 man cabin with 2 - 3 piece baths and open plan kitchen, LR,DR. Front porch. Large deck (196²’) overlooks Esperanza Inlet north and west.
Fir 2:
528²’ 2 - bedroom (two beds each) 4 man cabin with 1 – 3 piece bath. Open plan kitchen, LR, DR. Front porch and large deck (136²’) with its own yard. Views of Esperanza Inlet to the north.
Cypress 3:
480²’ 2 – bedroom (two beds each) 4 man cabin with 1 – 3 piece bath. Open plan kitchen, LR, DR. Covered front porch/deck (144²’) faces north to Esperanza Inlet.
Yew 4:
912²’ 4 – bedroom (two beds each) 8 man cabin with 1 – 3 piece bath and an outhouse. This is a two level cabin with 2 bedrooms upstairs and two down. Open plan kitchen, LR, DR. Dining area looks over the cove while the kitchen and deck (144²’) face north to Esperanza Inlet
Apartment/guide accommodation:
(224²’) 1 bedroom, 1-2 person bachelor apartment. 1 – 3 piece bath and open K,LR,DR. A 60²’ cedar deck looks north/northwest over Esperanza inlet while the remaining windows face forest.
